Smith Mountain Lake Real Estate Market

Well finally the market seems to have taken a turn for the better at the lake. After fighting most of the summer with a slugish sales market, the past few weeks have signaled an upswing in activity with numerous properties going under contract. The market still remains somewhat of a buyers market, but there is a pulse, so the patient does seem to be alive, not ready to move out of the ICU yet, but at least there are good signs.
